What can we learn from these Integration page examples?

For modern SaaS companies, a key value proposition is their ability to integrate with other tools to avoid data silos.

A lot of my recent tech stack choices were driven by the tool’s interoperability, and the integrations page is among the first things I check when shopping for a new product.

Here are my key takeaways from analyzing all these integrations page examples:

  • Create a specific page for each integration and be very clear about what’s possible with the integration. Too many integration pages are not clear about the scope of the integration.
  • Always add a category filter to let users quickly find the subset of integrations they care about.
  • A fast search function to quickly find an integration is critical. It needs to be visible on top of the page, and it needs to be fast with a real-time refresh of the results.
